Erica Prosser is well-remembered in Lehigh Women's basketball history for her outstanding contributions as a student-athlete. Arriving on the scene with an immediate impact, she claimed her spot on the Patriot League All-Rookie Team in 2007-08. From there, her trajectory was nothing short of phenomenal. With a streak of All Patriot League First Team honors from 2009 to 2011, Prosser's dominance on the court was clear. As a sophomore, Prosser was named Patriot League Player of the Year, an honor she reclaimed in her senior year along with the Defensive Player of the Year, cementing her dual-threat legacy. Not only was she a force on the court, but she also excelled academically, earning a spot on the Academic All-Patriot League team. Beyond individual accolades, Prosser was instrumental in team success, with her leadership contributing to back-to-back Patriot League Championships in 2009 and 2010. Prosser's career includes seven Patriot League Weekly Awards and Patriot League All-Tournament Team selections from 2009 through 2011. Recognized for her career-long excellence, she was deservedly named to the Patriot League 25th Anniversary Team.
Life After Lehigh
In 2011-2012, Erica played professional basketball overseas in Iceland and Sweden.
Erica is currently a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois while she persues her J.D. in law at the University of Illinois. Her professional career has included stints as the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Engagement at Swish House, Director of Training Services at TEAMTRI, and as a co-founder of Philanthropy Playmakers.
In November of 2023, Erica was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Pittsburgh Basketball Club, a very prestegous honor in western PA.
