Kerry Loughman, a former standout on the Lehigh University volleyball court, distinguished herself as a great player during her collegiate career. Recognized for her exceptional skills and consistent performance, she was a three-time All-East Coast Conference (ECC) honoree and earned the title of PAIAW All-Star on two occasions. Loughman's prowess was particularly evident in the 1984 season when she set a record with 376 total kills. Her athletic excellence resulted in her being named the Outstanding Athlete in 1987, an accolade that celebrated her contribution to the team and the sport. Transitioning from her achievements in athletics, Kerry Loughman has excelled in the corporate arena, where she now serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pzena Investment Management.
