The Lehigh men's basketball team used a sensational all-around effort from the opening whistle, led by 30 points from junior C.J. McCollum, to pull off a huge 75-70 win over second-seeded Duke Friday night (2012) for the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament victory. The Mountain Hawks never trailed by more than five, and were leading for much of the game as Lehigh always had the answer to Duke's runs.

C.J. McCollum: From Lehigh to the NBA

Lehigh's own C.J. McCollum made history on June 27, 2013 by becoming the first player in school history selected in the NBA Draft. McCollum was picked 10th overall by the Portland Trail Blazers and proceeded to dominate the Las Vegas Summer League as the league's leading scorer.
